As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in overseeing financial processes within the company, managing a diverse range of responsibilities including credit control and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process refund requests to ensure prompt returns of funds to clients.
• Conduct thorough credit control activities and collaborate with the Broking department to manage outstanding debts.
• Address unallocated funds and facilitate premium finance loans for clients.
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Additionally, you will:
• Collaborate with the Broking ledger control team for funding requests.
• Support client money and statutory audits, ensuring precise allocation of client funds and insurer settlements.
This position demands exceptional coordination skills to effectively manage both internal and external inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar capacity is essential.
• Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Desired Qualifications:
• Qualified or Part Qualified AAT is advantageous.
• Reliability and experience are highly valued.
