Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on support for applications, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly, and lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support products, and lead technical projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly, and oversee the installation and configuration of products on Windows and Linux servers and cloud platforms.

Requirements
