We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Gateshead Nissan. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer motoring experiences, working alongside our Sales Managers and Business Managers to ensure our customers receive the best service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to suggest suitable vehicles.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Negotiate the final price for sales, completing relevant paperwork and liaising with departments to ensure efficient transactions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and drive sales growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about the automotive industry. Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is desirable. A full UK driving license is essential, as you may be required to drive high-performance vehicles.
