A Fitness Coach will thrive in an environment centered around people, showcasing a friendly and approachable demeanor while being attuned to the diverse needs of clients across various age groups and fitness levels. Upon meeting the necessary qualifications and completing a qualifying period, there may be opportunities to arrange client Personal Training (PT) Sessions utilizing our facilities beyond standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional member and visitor engagement during gym supervision hours.
  • Designing and leading high-quality small and large group exercise sessions.
  • Conducting motivating one-on-one sessions, ensuring that individual goals and needs are met.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility through regular daily and weekly tasks.
  • Upholding Health & Safety (H&S) standards by performing daily and weekly inspections.
  • Completing daily operational tasks, including brand standards checks.
  • Executing club opening and closing procedures as part of a balanced shift rotation.
  • Being available for a flexible shift pattern, including early, late, and day shifts, as well as alternate weekends.
  • Providing supervision and coaching within the Dead Sea Salt Therapy (DSST) Pool.
  • Exhibiting flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) qualifications such as Sports Therapy, GP Referral, and Postural Analysis.
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • A genuine passion for customer interaction and service.
  • Strong motivation with the ability to inspire and uplift others.
  • A flexible and adaptable work style.
  • A proactive mindset.
  • Confidence in working with clients of varying ages and physical capabilities.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (Level 3 is advantageous).
