The Role: As a Spa Therapist, you will be a vital part of our spa services, delivering holistic massage and facial treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer treatments to guests, including holistic massages and facials.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with guests to ensure personalized and knowledgeable service.
  • Collaborate closely with the Spa Reception and Management team to deliver all treatments and services.
  • Aim to enhance both Spa bookings and retail sales.
  • Assist the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms.

Qualifications & Skills:

A minimum Level 3 or higher qualification in Holistic treatments is required. We seek Spa Therapists who are well-presented, confident, and take pride in their work. Proficiency in massage, body treatments, facials, and/or nail treatments is essential, along with a willingness to learn new techniques. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping guests achieve their wellness goals are vital.
