Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Membership Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, touring prospective members around our facility, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue
  • Build strong relationships with prospective members, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Conduct tours of our facility, showcasing our amenities and services
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets, working closely with the Membership Sales Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a leisure or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of golf or a willingness to learn and understand the sport
