Deputy Manager Opportunity in Elderly Nursing Home

We are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Banbury area.

This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having excellent teaching and mentoring skills.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge with a caring and quality-focused provider.

The candidate is required to have an active NMC pin and have previous experience in the nursing care home and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead is desirable but my client will consider a strong Unit Manager seeking a step up.
