Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing relationships with key customers, and providing administrative support to our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with our products and services
- Sustain solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and updating the system
- Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders
- Maintain and update the in-house software with customer information
- Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team
Requirements
- Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- 1-2 years experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
