We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Constructive Moves. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the project team with commercial functions on multiple prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in all aspects of financial control of projects
- Prepare valuations, measurements, and cost reports
- Attend meetings and ensure adequate cost monitoring and management
- Coordinate and agree the production of final accounts with various parties
- Ensure project approvals and completions are obtained at required times
- Practical experience within a specialist sub-contractor, preferably with experience of partitions and ceiling sub-contract packages
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Focused attitude and high level of motivation
- HND or equivalent qualification
