About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a service that prioritizes prevention and wellbeing in mental health practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessments under the Social Services and Wellbeing Act 2014 and WARRN risk assessment formulations to provide high-quality services aimed at keeping individuals well.

You will work closely with a small and supportive team of experienced mental health practitioners, including AMHPs, to develop collaborative relationships with Health colleagues and statutory agencies. Your work will be focused on assessments, risk assessments, and promoting community inclusion, all while operating in a strengths-based, person-centered, and values-based approach.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct assessments of need under the social services and wellbeing act 2014
  • Perform robust risk assessments
  • Complete organisational practice documents and electronic recording requirements
  • Promote community inclusion and operate in a strengths-based, person-centered, and values-based approach
  • Be prepared to develop your skills and engage in training and development to maximize your existing skills
