Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team in the Instrument Processing (IP) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, planning, and execution of new service mobilisations and transition of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project delivery.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including STERIS, third parties, and customers in NHS sites.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in managing contract mobilisation and service-related projects.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of quality compliance, standards, and regulatory requirements in the Healthcare or Life Sciences.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for both internal and external clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software, including Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
