Key Responsibilities:

Conducting podiatric assessments, treatments, and patient care, while developing effective treatment plans to ensure positive outcomes.

Utilizing your expertise to provide accurate diagnoses and treatments that maximize patient benefits.

Offering guidance to assistants and other clinical personnel, as well as to patients and their families.

Actively engaging in the review and enhancement of clinic policies, procedures, and protocols.

Effectively communicating complex and sensitive information to patients and their caregivers.

Participating in staff meetings related to podiatry services.

Delivering exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with the clinic, including patients, caregivers, and external healthcare professionals.

Building networks and contributing to the development of future business and revenue opportunities.

Completing all related administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • HCPC-registered podiatrist with at least one year of experience.
  • BSc (or equivalent) in Podiatry.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating foot and ankle conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with patients.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Membership in the Royal College of Podiatry and/or NMP qualification is highly desirable.
