Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardboard Engineer / Structural Designer to join our team at Future Recruitment Ltd. As a Cardboard Engineer / Structural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and cost-effective cardboard engineering solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cardboard engineering cutter guides that meet client specifications and retail guidelines
  • Conduct weight testing and experimentation with new structures, prototypes, and materials to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver award-winning cardboard engineering solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and value engineering principles
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with designers and sales teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with engineering software such as Artios CAD, AutoCAD, Kasemake, Impact, or similar
