We are seeking a highly skilled EIA Consultant to join our UK Impact Assessment department, part of our Global Impact Assessment Spearhead. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating statutory EIA and non-statutory environmental assessment processes for major development proposals in the energy sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope and coordinate environmental baseline data collection, interpretation of data, and provision of advice on environmental and sustainability constraints and opportunities for development.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with Ramboll colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients.
  • Advanced report writing skills, ability to provide efficient peer review, and coordination of management of spatial data, including preparation of figures.
  • Support for and/or leadership of key technical and commercial aspects of project delivery.
  • Advisory skills in relation to preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and public consultations, and participation in public consultation.
About You:
  • Appropriate degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related environmental discipline.
  • Master's degree in an environmental discipline (advantageous).
  • Prior EIA coordination experience on complex projects, experience in the energy sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
