Job Title: Quality Inspector

Osborne Appointments is currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join our client based in Welwyn Garden City on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products at various points of production, working closely with the quality manager, and supporting the quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of production
  • Work with the quality manager to develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Support the quality team in maintaining high-quality standards
  • Understand and work with engineering drawings
  • Use measuring equipment such as micro meters, verniers, DTIs, and shadowgraphs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desired but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • Good communication skills with the team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
