Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our Technical Learning Team as a Learning and Development Graduate. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills in learning and development, business improvement, change management, project management, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and delivery of learning and development projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify key skills and training needs.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs, including the development of training materials and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our training programs are effective and efficient.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including subject matter experts and training delivery teams.
- A minimum of a 2:2 degree in a relevant field, such as business, HR, psychology, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong interest in learning and development, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- A competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, plus an additional £1,000 welcome bonus.
- 28 days of holiday entitlement, plus Bank Holidays.
