The group is on a trajectory for swift growth, and they are in search of a proactive Supply Chain Operations Manager to facilitate this expansion and contribute to their success story.

Ensure the punctual delivery of all client orders, enhancing On-Time In-Full (OTIF) metrics across the operation.

  • Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to guarantee timely dispatch of products to the storage area.
  • Improve inventory accuracy to exceed 99% within the Finished Goods storage.
  • Propel efficiency through initiatives aimed at warehouse enhancement.
Oversee warehouse personnel, including temporary staff, to streamline picking operations.

  • Maintain and improve inventory accuracy in the finished goods storage.
  • Track performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggest projects to enhance operational speeds.
  • Communicate any deviations in logistics plans to the appropriate departments.
  • Build and manage relationships with external logistics partners.
  • Ensure that staff receive adequate training to cover for absences and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each warehouse function.

Team Development & Training:

  • Create and execute a detailed training program based on a GAP analysis.
  • Develop personal growth plans to boost warehouse productivity.
  • Establish KPI targets for warehouse personnel and work together on improvement strategies to enhance output.
Propose strategies to improve warehouse safety protocols.
Suggest and implement enhancements and machinery upgrades to optimize efficiency in picking and transportation processes.

  • Conduct LEAN assessments to uncover opportunities for warehouse advancements.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hold valid Reach/Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licenses.
