Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets from internal stakeholders, perform analysis, gather information, troubleshoot, and escalate issues while communicating via service desk tickets or virtual calls.
- Review data mapping documentation to determine the appropriate configuration approach and provide feedback to the implementation team.
- Configure ETL data flows between various endpoints and Salesforce using declarative middleware tools and scripting languages.
- Support testing of integrations prior to deployment in production.
- Manually import data into Salesforce based on predefined templates and schema.
- Monitor ongoing processes and correct/escalate any issues that occur.
- Adhere to all tests for loading of data to ensure the integrity of the data in the system.
- Data management and manipulation in Excel, including Vlookups.
- Familiarity with data integration middleware and ETL processes.
- Experience with integration middleware tools such as Zapier, Jitterbit, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, objects, metadata, and schemas.
- Some exposure to building forms on platforms such as Akero, Gecko, or FormAssembly.
- Salesforce product knowledge and Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder or demonstratable proactive learning via Trailhead, training courses, or personal projects.
