Key Responsibilities- Security Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement security policies to maintain the integrity of test results and ensure fairness to test takers.
- Exam Security Oversight: Oversee the entire assessment process to ensure that all assessments are conducted in a secure and fair manner.
- Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Incident Management: Conduct investigations into security breaches and coordinate with stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of test security and integrity.
- Technology and Systems Management: Manage security tools and technologies to ensure the security of assessment processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that security policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

- Expertise in Security Management: Proven experience in a security management role, preferably within an educational or assessment context.
- Test Security Best Practices: Expert knowledge and understanding of test security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Incident Management: Expertise in incident management and investigations.
- Security Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in using security tools and technologies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Security Management: Certification in security management is a plus.
