  3. Strong L&D Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of learning and development principles, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  4. Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
