Job Title: Maintenance Technician Plumber Multi

Location: North Region (East London and Essex)

Persona: Mobile Working (van provided)

Salary: £38,550 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our East London reactive repairs service team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and replacements, as well as associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plumbing repairs and replacements, including sinks, water tanks, and bathrooms
  • Perform associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs
  • Work effectively with customers to deliver a right-first-time service and limit follow-ons
  • Have a driving license and own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
  • Have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment, including a knowledge of a varied housing stock

Requirements:

  • Sound working trade knowledge and experience
  • Experience gained within a Maintenance, site, and/or Housing environment
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Right-first-time approach
  • Unvented qualification
  • Health and Safety Conscious
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Wide range of Multi-trade skills
