HGV CLASS 1 Drivers

Location: Nottingham

COMPENSATION AND PERKS:

(All rates are PAYE only)

Day Shifts:
£15.75 from Monday to Friday (opportunities for weekend overtime available)

Night Shifts:
£18.24 from Monday to Friday (opportunities for weekend overtime available)

POSITION DETAILS:
Rapier Employment is actively seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client situated in the Nottingham region. Both day and night shifts are on offer. The role involves trunking operations, with routes extending to various destinations. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment and possess the necessary qualifications to operate HGV Class 1 vehicles efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles on designated routes.
2. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations.
3. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
4. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid HGV Class 1 driving license.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
4. Excellent time management skills.
