Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team at NC Associates. As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Financial Controller and contributing to the success of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the finance team in producing month-end management accounts information for UK companies and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and review month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including stock, debtors, and creditors.
  • Conduct VAT reconciliations and year-end accounts support.
  • Develop and implement stock take procedures and journals.
  • Ensure HMRC compliance and perform performance analysis.
  • Prepare KPI reports, including detailed investigations into variances.
  • Manage foreign currency exposure and provide ad-hoc director support.

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA part-qualified or qualified accountant.
  • Over 3-4 years of experience producing management accounts.
  • Strong reporting experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and commercial awareness.
