As a Family Support Practitioner, you will manage cases for specific children and families identified as needing support. You will collaborate with social workers to conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive family plans, implementing various interventions within our strengths-based framework designed to keep children safely at home.

We seek professionals with a proven track record in supporting vulnerable children and families, possessing the ability to inspire and facilitate meaningful change.

Your role will include regular supervision to ensure you receive the necessary training and support for your professional growth.
