About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join IC Resources as a Software Team Lead, working with a global leader in the Cybersecurity software space.

As a Software Team Lead, you will be responsible for the line management of a team of Software Engineers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in people management, recruitment, and training needs.

You will work closely with Technical Leads to ensure the successful delivery of software projects, and will be responsible for coaching, motivation, and growth of the team.

This is a remote role, open to candidates already living in the UK.

Requirements

A strong background in software development, with experience in people management and training needs.

Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with Technical Leads.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to motivate and grow a team.
