As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting servicing and general works on special purpose machinery, including planned preventative maintenance and fault finding for breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct servicing and general works on special purpose machinery, including planned preventative maintenance and fault finding for breakdowns.
  • Diagnose faults on electrical control panels, hydraulic circuits, and mechanical systems.
  • Effect repairs as required, including basic fabrication and mechanical repairs.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and develop plans to ensure continuous running of processes and services.
  • Maintain planned maintenance standards and ensure compliance with company safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven fabrication, electrical, and welding experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience of building or wiring electrical control panels.
  • Hands-on approach with a background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering.
  • Welding experience is advantageous.
