Criticality Safety Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join the National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) as a Criticality Consultant, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and secure operation of nuclear facilities.
As a Criticality Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on criticality safety assessments, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement criticality safety strategies, and provide training and support to colleagues on criticality safety principles and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criticality safety, with experience in conducting safety assessments and developing safety cases. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
