We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team based in the South Molton/Chulmleigh area. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be part of a dynamic team working together to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidenced-based nursing care to patients in their own homes or other community settings.
- Work collaboratively with the Health and Social Care teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
