We provide 77 beds across seven wards, delivering a comprehensive range of services, including Psychiatric Intensive Care, treatment for eating disorders, acute care, rehabilitation, and recovery. Our collaborative atmosphere encourages staff to gain diverse experiences across various services.
At Priory Hospital Bristol, we focus on delivering serene and recovery-oriented inpatient care, along with day care group and outpatient services. Our personalized treatment plans are crafted by a multidisciplinary team specializing in the management of acute and complex mental health challenges.
A remarkable opportunity has emerged for a Therapy Lead. In this role, you will oversee a team of therapists and manage the inpatient and outpatient therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to a diverse team of therapy professionals, including psychologists and other allied health practitioners.
- Manage the therapy resources and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.
- Drive business development and innovation to enhance service offerings.
