We are seeking an experienced emergency nurse or paramedic to fill a Trainee Advanced Practitioner position in our Emergency Department (ED) team.
The successful candidate will be enrolled in a Master's program in Advanced Clinical Practice, blending academic study with work-based clinical learning.
Main Responsibilities:- Practice autonomously in the ED, providing patient-centered quality care within agreed scope of practice, stage of training, and level of competence.
- Develop advanced assessment, examination, diagnosis, and management skills.
- Participate in audit and research, and contribute to service development.
- Post-registration experience in the Emergency Department.
- Clinical leadership experience.
- Demonstration of experience in all 4 pillars of advanced practice.
- Ability to undertake Master's level study.
Permanent, full-time position with a salary of £54,320 to £60,981 per year, including inner London HCAS.
