About the Role

Mackenzie Jones IT is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving SAP and information-based projects across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver SAP and information-based projects, focusing on Supply Chain and Data Analytics, Commercial, and Digital Marketing requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business managers, and users to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and document business models, including process, data, and organization documentation.
  • Present high-quality business requirements documents to the Project Sponsor, IT Leadership Team, and Planning Board.
  • Support continuous innovation, development, governance, and support of business processes and systems, including key SAP areas.
  • Work with the Supply Chain Business Partner to achieve aligned strategies between Operations and IT.
  • Assist in developing and managing a strategy that reflects and supports the overall business agenda.
  • Ensure business partners understand business information systems and services, influencing and collaborating in decision-making processes.
  • Engage in early project opportunity discussions, providing project management and business analysis capabilities.
  • Agree and deliver projects/enhancement requests with Solutions Architects and Business Partners.
  • Work with business owners from relevant business areas to understand current processes, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring best practice and consistency across a portfolio.
  • Identify, plan, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives, realizing the goals of the IT team and wider business.
  • Design optimal processes and best practices in Master Data and Data Management.
  • Identify opportunities to drive benefit and cost reduction from and for IT in the Supply Chain.
  • Define and enforce data standards and procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate governance when utilizing third parties.
  • Maintain a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Requirements
  • IT Business Partner or SAP Business Partner experience.
  • SAP experience, delivering SAP and information-based projects.
  • Business requirements gathering and analysis skills.
  • FMC/Food Manufacturer sector experience is ideal.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders, business managers, and users.
