Are you an accomplished sales expert eager to advance your career in the commercial vehicle sector? Pybus Recruitment Ltd is representing a prominent European manufacturer in search of a Regional Fleet Sales Executive to spearhead growth in fleet sales across the Northern Region. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to boost fleet sales within the assigned area
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with corporate clients to deliver customized solutions
- Meet and exceed sales objectives and associated KPIs within a specified timeframe
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to uncover sales prospects
- Remain informed about market dynamics, competitor movements, and regulatory developments to shape sales tactics
Skills & Experience Required:
- Demonstrated success in sales with a solid grasp of total cost of ownership and financing alternatives
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Professional presentation skills for regional sales and dealership discussions
- Capability to attract new clients and grow the customer base
- Previous experience in selling or leasing capital equipment to local fleets
- Familiarity with the van industry is advantageous
- Valid UK driving license is essential for regional travel
