About the Role
  • Oversee architectural improvements to our backend systems in line with our forward planning and technology strategy.
  • Own our APIs used by both internal and external clients, enabling data integrations with Maplecroft data.

About You

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Python and Django, as well as experience with Agile software development practices. You should be able to demonstrate leadership experience in prior projects or teams and have a good understanding of frontend web technologies and how web browsers behave and perform.


We also value experience with REST APIs, SQL, and database interaction, as well as knowledge of Web Security best practices and git. If you have experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, Cloud (in particular AWS), serverless technologies, Docker/Containerization, or NoSQL databases, that would be a bonus.
