About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Central London team at Soho House & Co. As a Bartender with Soho House & Co, your role is to provide exceptional service to our members, creating memorable experiences and ensuring that our bars are always fully stocked and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members
  • Prepare and serve food when needed
  • Provide excellent service to members, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
  • Mix and serve cocktails, using your knowledge of classic cocktails to create unique and delicious drinks
  • Prepare the bar for service, ensuring that it is clean and fully stocked
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar
  • Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
