About the Role

This is a Part-Time position, working 16-20 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs. You will be based in our office and will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our solicitors, including case management, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and proofing legal documents.
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is well organized.
  • Supporting customers and being empathetic to their situation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a legal administrative role, although not essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
