About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in our client's Nottingham office and be responsible for producing accurate forecasts of project costs, monitoring cash flow, and managing subcontractor accounts. You will also provide reports on project costs and values. This role involves remote work with occasional site visits.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field and good knowledge of NEC contracts. Proficient IT skills and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are also essential.
