About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Mortgage Advisor to join our team at BDM Recruitment. As a remote HNW Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth clients seeking luxury properties in Central London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their unique financial goals and property aspirations.
  • Utilise your in-depth mortgage and protection knowledge to recommend the most suitable mortgage solutions.
  • Manage your own diary, prioritising client calls and consultations based on their preferred communication method.
  • Navigate the complexities of HNW and overseas investor mortgages with finesse and expertise.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our client's estate agency team to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage application process.
Requirements
  • A valid CeMAP qualification and a strong understanding of the UK mortgage market are essential.
  • Prior experience catering to HNW and UHNW clients, particularly overseas investors, is highly desirable.
  • The discipline and self-motivation to excel in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
About Our Client

Our client is a leading estate agency in Central London, specialising in high-end properties. They are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join their team and provide expert mortgage advice to their clients.

What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary from £27,000 to £33,000 including car allowance (dependent upon experience).
  • Financial guarantees for 5 months up to £800 per month, again dependent upon current earnings, pension, and DIS benefits.
  • A commission structure ranging from 10% to 25%, with the potential to earn between £75,000 and £95,000 per year.
  • A steady stream of 7-12 hot mortgage leads weekly generated by our client across central London.
  • Dedicated support from our client's mortgage administrative team.
