About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Nursing Home Manager to lead our luxury care facility in Gateshead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to residents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare facility.
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate and PIN.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and services, with a focus on resident-centered care.
