About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Electrician to join our team at Clarkson Evans, the largest electrical and solar installer in the new build housing sector. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality electrical services we provide to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit customers' homes to rectify faults and install late extras and alterations to circuits within occupied homes.
  • Provide full reports for each completed job, with details of any corrective actions taken.
  • Complete quality audit reports where required.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
  • AM2.
  • City & Guilds 2382 (relevant 17th Edition or 18th Edition) and 2391 or 2395 (desirable).
  • JIB Gold card.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Calm and logical approach to fault-finding.
  • Ability to carry out repairs to hidden wiring and install additional cables, with the minimum of disturbance.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Full driving licence.
