Compensation: £11.44 per hour.

Perks: 22.5 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 after 5 years of service, in addition to bank holidays, uniform provision, personal protective equipment (PPE), employee referral incentives, and a Defined Contribution pension scheme along with parking facilities.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: Part-time, 18 hours weekly, Monday to Saturday.

As a member of Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions, you will operate from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM , either collaboratively within a team or independently, ensuring we uphold the exceptional service standards our clients expect.

Role Overview

In the position of Sanitation Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including mopping, restroom sanitation, wall washing, vacuuming, waste disposal, dusting, and thorough surface sanitization, all performed safely and to a high standard.

While experience with various cleaning equipment is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided during your initial induction. This role is physically demanding and involves manual handling tasks.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. You should possess a friendly demeanor and exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and supervisors while adhering to Health & Safety protocols.

The ideal applicant will be dependable, self-driven, and possess a meticulous attention to detail. You should be capable of working independently, managing your own schedule, as oversight will be conducted remotely.
