Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial buildings, ensuring facilities are maintained to specified performance standards.
  • Carry out PPM maintenance on equipment, utilizing your core and non-core skills to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide timely updates to the helpdesk on task progress and completion, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Generate written technical reports, including routine maintenance and reactive reports, to inform stakeholders.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate site attendance by specialist sub-contractors as needed, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance.
  • Maintain asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports, informing the Administrator or Team Leader of follow-up actions.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 cover to the Facilities, ensuring continuous support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in electrical power distribution systems, lighting systems, and 18th Edition.
  • City & Guilds NVQ in Servicing and Maintaining Air Conditioning.
  • Experience in HVAC control systems and BMS control systems.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Capability to work to a high standard within agreed timescales with minimal supervision.
