• Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage using advanced computerized systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide repair information and estimated completion times.
• Compile and document all relevant information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor the progress of vehicles through the repair process, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Negotiate estimates with Aviva engineers as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Discuss claim-related issues with Aviva engineers, providing expert insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for non-insurance related repairs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct mobile and drive-by estimates, providing flexible and efficient service.
• Maintain and secure allocated equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with other team members as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

• Proven experience or knowledge of working in the automotive repair industry.
• ATA Accredited, demonstrating expertise and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work across various departments and specialisms.
