This position entails leading the Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) and driving strategic initiatives aimed at continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement to fulfill organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the transition processes between various teams and local finance departments.
  • Generate precise client invoices in alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Standardize transactional workflows through the implementation of best practices and policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all team processes and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current.
  • Adhere to monthly and quarterly closing schedules.
  • Evaluate reconciliation activities on client accounts.
  • Guide and mentor new team members.
  • Engage in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Address information requests and coordinate audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the Order to Cash (OTC) function.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and teamwork.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
