- Lead the on-site audit team, supervise junior team members, and coordinate with senior members of the client finance team to ensure the completion of the assignment
- Review financial statements and prepare audit reports for presentation to governance authorities
- Participate in planning and clearance meetings
- Maintain assurance quality and adhere to the firm's procedures
- Report to the assignment manager and engage with the director/partner in charge of the project
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, address contentious matters, and propose solutions
- ACCA/ACA Qualified with a minimum of 2-4 years PQE in practice
- 6+ years of practice experience in the UK
- Prior experience at the Audit Assistant Manager level
- Demonstrated ability in delivering high-quality audits
- Strong client relationship skills
- Ability to contribute to business development initiatives
- Commercially minded
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and willing to go the extra mile
- Strong IT proficiency
- Experience in nurturing junior staff members
