Warehouse Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Lichfield. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating a forklift truck to transport goods around the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate a forklift truck to transport goods around the warehouse
* Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Shift Options:**

* 05:00-13:00 / 13:00-21:00 Monday to Friday (double days)
* 12-week Temp to Perm with regular hours, overtime, and long-term prospects

**Benefits:**

* Salary: £25,376.00 basic per annum + regular overtime
* Overtime paid at £18.30 p/hour over 40 hours and Saturday
* Overtime paid at £24.40 p/hour on Sunday
* Bonus payments of £1,000 p/annum (£500 paid every 6 months)
* Pension plan

**Requirements:**

* Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
* FLT certification passed within the last 3 years
