Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally, adhering to hotel policies.

  • Manage phone inquiries and facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas to uphold hotel standards.
  • Prepare for and assist with events and conferences, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests throughout the night.
  • Provide luggage assistance to guests as required.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Support the Food and Beverage department in various tasks.
  • Assist the Reception team with departure preparations during night shifts.
  • Maintain accurate billing systems and process payments in line with company policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with all departments, ensuring effective communication throughout the hotel.
  • Understand and adhere to responsibilities regarding Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
Compensation and Benefits

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £27,040 per annum, along with an end-of-season bonus and additional benefits such as on-site parking, discounted accommodations and meals, a company pension plan, and more.
