About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Replenishment Manager to join our team in Tonbridge, Kent. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse, fill levels, and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards
  • Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
  • Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused, and driven team player with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience of managing a small team, in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to think on your feet
  • A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude
  • A strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's
