Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, managing a team of sales assistants, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred
