We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CRM Executive to join our Customer Marketing Operations team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative email and app communications that resonate with our customers.
• Design and test custom emails using Adobe Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align campaign objectives and deliver impactful results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Loyalty and Data teams to innovate and elevate customer communications, driving engagement and retention.

• You have a keen interest in digital marketing and relevant technologies, with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• You are confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• A related qualification or experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential.
