We are proud to represent a prominent Housing Association seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations in the Hastings region.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing repair teams, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the execution of repairs and voids contracts, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency among operatives.
2. Ensure that all subcontractor work is performed according to specified work sheets and meets contract KPI targets in a timely manner.
3. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns that may arise.
4. Guarantee that all tasks are completed punctually and to a high standard of quality.
5. Strive to meet and exceed client expectations consistently.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and reports in accordance with company procedures.
7. Oversee adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
8. Collaborate in maintaining a tidy and safe work environment.
9. Complete necessary time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required.
10. Participate in inspections as needed.

Essential Knowledge:
- Previous experience in Social Housing is required.
- Proven track record in reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects.
- Proficient in IT applications.

This is a full-time permanent position with a standard 40-hour work week. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, work-based incentives, holidays, and pension contributions, along with a company van and fuel card.
